Mark was absolutely amazing with his teaching. He was very thorough, used clear instructions and words. I feel comfortable moving forward in my day care business and that is something I have not received in previous first aid classes. High recommended.

The trainer relayed the First Aid and CPR information in a way that drew me in so much more than anyone else has. He is engaging and super knowledgeable in the content which allows a much greater focus and integrated delivery. 5 stars!

The trainer, delivered the first aid session in an informative and practical way. I have learned skills and techniques that was not taught in the trainings that I have been before. Content can be easily understood. He explained very well. It is an interesting session. Keep up the good work.
